Risks of Flipping Houses?

Real Estate investing is a field in which millionaires are made and lost on an almost daily basis. Real Estate Investing Risks?

Risks of Real Estate Investing

While I’m certainly not trying to talk you out of investing in real estate all together it is a good idea to have a realistic view of the risks and the potential rewards.
